SOS Children's Village Davao (#GetInvolvedBeMyFriend)

Hello! I've been volunteering at SOS Children's Village Davao as their official photographer since last year. The purpose of this writing is to share about my recent involvement with them. Basically, I was tasked to do their campaign video with the theme #GetInvolvedBeMyFriend. (Challenge accepted haha) Indeed, I am grateful of the result because I feel so inspired that I am able to help others in my own simple ways. I considered them as my second family because they helped me to become more positive in whatever challenges I am going through in life. *Teary (Hush Blossom, ang puso) I miss the kids already, I hope I can visit them soon, yes, the soonest.

First time in Black & White (experiment 101)

Hello! So let me tell you a short background about my post today. The photos below were taken last month, I got bored at home and I took some photos inside & outside the house. On the other hand, I never tried editing photos to B&W before and yeah I love the result. For me, there's more depth and it conveys more emotion. I don't know why but it's just the way I see it. (Haha)

Hey! Yeah. I know I haven't posted in awhile. Here I am again the same old lines, like I'm busy and I have no time to write stuffs in my blog. That's quite true. Lol. Anyways, this is just to (informally) inform you again that I'm going to write something here 3 times a week. Well, I can't promise you guys but I'll try my very best. I'm just so busy with my work lately. Anyways, I'm working at Phoenix Petroleum now as Brand Associate and there's that feeling of uncertainty again but I'll know someday this will pass. If ever not, then, hello CERTAIN UNCERTAINTY. I'm still holding on to my dreams. I still do believe in magic and I can feel it - that's a sure (certain) thing. Paralytic heart

Here I am again, stuck in the same crazy duel of love and uncertainty. Honestly, I'm so confused with what's going on with me and whenever I'm with 'that person.' Yes! Another one again, but this time it's really damn hard. I thought it'll just be ordinary. I just hope I'll be fine in the days to come, shit this thing! I don't want to hurt 'that person' so I chose to stay because that's what 'that person' wanted. I mean I love 'that person' so much that it hurts to let 'that person' go. This thing is really bothering me because ugh I don't know why! Indeed, my heart is a helpless paralytic one. -_-

Baklay: Second Edition #Bantol

           It was not an ordinary Sunday for me last August 11 and 18. I would be startled waking up to the banging noise of my Theo 141 practicum immersion alarm. Being a fourth year student, life isn't easy as alphabets and numbers. I still had to deal with my thesis, assignments, projects, events and stuffs like that. I thought of the practicum immersion as a waste of my time, but again, note again, I was wrong. I felt the sudden happiness being with the people I don't even know. I strive to cook food for them. I walked for an hour going to their farm. I live with them for two consecutive Sundays and I attended the holy mass with them. I was a bit relieved because of the happy feeling it gave me. So much for that, here are some of the photos:
